Streets of London (Open)

Sigyn didn't know what to do. She looked out the window, lowering her head sadly. She couldn't keep the hurt from her voice as she spoke, "Alright." She lifted her wand and whispered, "alohamora." The door clicked and unlocked; Sigyn didn't turn around or make any attempt to move at all.

Raven paused. Scientists and crazies didn't get attatched, and this woman obviously was. Was it possible...? She shook herself, moved over to the sleek wall, and sighed. /Guess I should find out,/ she thought, and hit her head against it as hard as she could. Behind the pain she saw flashes of colour, faces, people and things so blurry and fast it was like watching a movie on fast forward. "Sigyn...?" As the pain ebbed away, so did the memories, leaving her sitting on the floor with her back against the wall, holding a hand to the cut on her head, more confused then ever.

She tensed as Raven exclaimed her name, hesitant to get her hopes up. She slowly turns around and looks at her daughter. She doesn't make an attempt to move forward but she nods. Sigyn asks, "What are you remembering? and why did you hit your head?" She watched the blood trickle down Raven's face and then whispered quietly, "May I care for your injury?"

"When I did, I remembered something..but it's gone..." She frowned and shook her head. "I'm fine, I just-- I want to know the truth." Raven pinched the bridge of her nose, squeezing her eyes tightly shut. "I was in Australia, I think, chasing a person. Before I could catch them, another man shot me and we fought. By the time he was finished, the other was gone. Why would I be doing that?"

"You are an Auror," Sigyn replied. She cocked her head and thought for a moment before speaking to her dragon ~What if we brought Raven to the place she came from. Retraced her steps~ He nodded in agreement so she asked Raven for permission to show her where they had found her and see if she could recall and follow everywhere she had come from.

Raven nodded in ascent. "Yes, if you think it will help."

Sigyn led her to the edge of the estate and held her hand out to her, "I will take you to diagon alley where I first found you earlier, we can back trace from there.... If.... you are ok with doing that?" Sigyn waited patiently for Raven's next move.

Raven followed her mother across the grounds until they reached the forest, and the edge of the protective spells Raven cast over the mansion. She took her hand hesitantly, eyeing her suspiciously. "Yes, but don't try anything, okay?"

"I wouldn't, " Sigyn said confidently and they appeared in diagon alley right where they had their stand off. "Take in the surroundings and take your time. I am in no hurry. Remember what you can, "She said to Raven.

She looked around and frowned. "Of course I know where this is, every magical being in the world has been to Diagon Alley. How is this supposed to be helping?" Raven crossed her arms.

"This is where you had your stand off with me and the dragons," Sigyn nodded to the spot Raven was when she flipped out on them. "You were adamant that I was lying and trying to take you down. You mentioned something about losing a trail of someone or something to that effect. So, at first I was just surprised to see you in the shopping centre and then you started acting strange so I thought I would see what was up. That is when you started threatening me, because you thought I was threatening you. Is any of this ringing a bell to you?" She asked in a somewhat concerned tone.

"No, none of this makes any sense." She put a finger to the wound in her abdomen and examined the blood on her palm. "Is it possible there's something in whatever hit me?" She glanced at the woman.

Sigyn turned to look at Raven. That was a possibility. "Raven! We should get you to St. Mungos to get looked at! I know nothing of magical poisons or inhibitors, " She offered.
